\u5176\u6b21\u70ba\u8166\u816b\u7624\u3001\u6dcb\u5df4\u7624\u3001\u795e\u7d93\u6bcd\u7d30\u80de\u7624\u3001\u60e1\u6027\u8089\u7624\u5982\u9aa8\u8089\u7624\u53ca\u6a6b\u7d0b\u808c\u8089\u7624\u7b49\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u5152\u7ae5\u60a3\u764c\u7684\u6cbb\u7652\u7387\u9ad8\u55ce\uff1f<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u73fe\u6642\u5152\u7ae5\u764c\u75c7\u6cbb\u7652\u7387\u9054<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e03<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6210\uff0c\u67d0\u4e9b\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u6cbb\u7652\u66f4\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6025\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5\uff0c\u5176\u6cbb\u7652\u7387\u5df2\u9ad8\u9054\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u516b\u5341\u4e94\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u91ab\u5b78\u79d1\u6280\u9032\u6b65\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u5152\u7ae5\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u5eb7\u5fa9\u7387\u5c07\u6301\u7e8c\u4e0a\u5347\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5152\u7ae5\u6703\u60a3\u6709\u764c\u75c7\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5152\u7ae5\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u60a3\u764c\u6210\u56e0\u4e0d\u660e\uff0c\u800c\u5c11\u90e8\u4efd\u764c\u75c7\uff0c\u5982\u674e-\u4f5b\u7f8e\u5c3c\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4 (Li Fraumeni Syndrome)\u00b9\uff0c\u5247\u8207\u5bb6\u65cf\u907a\u50b3\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5152\u7ae5\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5144\u5f1f\u59ca\u59b9\u60a3\u4e0a\u816b\u7624\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u4ea6\u6703\u70ba\u6bd4\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u7a0d\u9ad8\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00b9<\/span>\u674e-\u4f5b\u7f8e\u5c3c\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4 (Li Fraumeni Syndrome, \u7c21\u7a31LFS)<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #808080;\">\u674e-\u4f5b\u7f8e\u5c3c\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u7236\u6bcd\u907a\u50b3\u6216\u80da\u80ce\u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\u7684p53\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u51fa\u73fe\u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u8b8a\u6240\u5f15\u8d77\uff0c\u662f\u5341\u5206\u7f55\u898b\u7684\u81ea\u9ad4\u986f\u6027\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u60a3\u6709\u9019\u7a2e\u75c5\u75c7\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u6703\u6709\u8f03\u9ad8\u6a5f\u7387\u60a3\u4e0a\u5404\u7a2e\u816b\u7624\u8207\u764c\u75c7\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u572830\u6b72\u53ca50\u6b72\u7684\u60a3\u764c\u6a5f\u7387\u5206\u5225\u9054\u523050\uff05\u53ca90\uff05\u3002\u8207LFS\u6709\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u5305\u62ec\u816b\u7624\u4e73\u817a\u764c\u3001\u9aa8\u8207\u8edf\u7d44\u7e54\u8089\u7624\u3001\u6025\u6027\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u3001\u8166\u816b\u7624\u3001\u814e\u4e0a\u817a\u76ae\u8cea\u764c\u3001\u8108\u7d61\u53e2\u764c\u3001\u5927\u8178\u764c\u3001\u5176\u4ed6\u817a\u764c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5152\u7ae5\u764c\u75c7\u3002\u900f\u904e\u7528\u8840\u6db2\u6216\u53e3\u8154\u8a66\u7d19\u53d6\u4e0b\u7684\u6a23\u672c\u9032\u884c\u57fa\u56e0\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u53ef\u8a3a\u65b7\u51fa\u674e-\u4f5b\u7f8e\u5c3c\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\u3002\u73fe\u6642\u6709\u4e9b\u5730\u5340\u6703\u70baLFS\u60a3\u8005\u9032\u884c\u5b9a\u671f\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u6aa2\u67e5\u4ee5\u53ca\u65e9\u767c\u73fe\u764c\u75c7\u4e26\u4f5c\u51fa\u6cbb\u7642\u3002<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<figure
